The present Website is operated by the vzw Pink Ribbon, a non-profit association whose registered office is established at Tervuursesteenweg 564, 1982 Elewijt-Zemst, with enterprise number BE 0540 804 395 (hereafter referred to as ´Pink Ribbon´). All rights and claims in these general terms stipulated for the benefit of Pink Ribbon are equally stipulated for the benefit of the third parties whose services are called upon by Pink Ribbon.

3.1. The present Website can be consulted by recent computers on which standard software is installed (browser, operating system, etc.). However, Pink Ribbon makes absolutely no guarantee of compatibility and may under no circumstances be held liable if you, for whatever reason, cannot consult and/or use (a part of) the present Website.

3.2. The present Website is offered for informational purposes only. You receive only the right to consult this Website and its content in a personal capacity. Any commercial use of this Website is strictly prohibited. By ´commercial use´ is understood, amongst other things, the selling or leasing out of the various functionalities of the Website or of memberships or registrations on the Website, or the use of the Website and its parts for the sole purpose of generating advertising or subscription revenues, or more generally the organisation of unfair competition or the performance of actions in conflict with fair commercial practices vis-à-vis Pink Ribbon and/or the Website. 3.6. For accessing or using certain parts of this Website, you must register, prepare a pass and/or become a member. When doing so you must fill in correct information. Keep your login and password secret and do not communicate them to third parties. In accordance with art. 5.1. below, each member or registered user is personally responsible for his or her registration or membership and any abuses or harm that should derive therefrom. Pink Ribbon cannot be held liable for any improper use of the registration or the membership, your login and/or your password.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

4.1. The concept, the content, the layout, the structure, the source codes, the software, the images, the photos, the animations, the audiovisual works, the texts, data, music and all other parts of the present Website are and shall remain the exclusive property of Pink Ribbon and/or its partners and are protected by various intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark right, the sui generis right of the producer of a database, etc.), which you acknowledge and accept. Surfing on this Website gives you no rights whatsoever to them.

The complete or partial reproduction, dissemination, sale, distribution, publication, adaptation and/or use, in whatever form and in any manner, of this Website and its content is strictly prohibited. Although Pink Ribbon shall apply its best resources in order to keep the present Website free of bugs, viruses, Trojan horses and spyware, it cannot be excluded that these might still appear. Pink Ribbon and/or its partners cannot under any circumstances be held liable for any damage and/or loss deriving from this. 8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. Invalidity
